LAKO Drive Integration Terms of Service

Purpose
LAKO Drive Integration is an administrative tool used to connect LAKO.LV with an authorized Google Drive location for project-document storage and management.
Authorized use
The integration is intended only for authorized LAKO business operations.
The person authorizing Google Drive access must have authority to grant the requested access to the selected Google Drive files and folders.
Google Drive access
The integration uses the Google Drive drive.file permission and is intended to operate only on files and folders made available to the application or created through it.
Ownership
Using the integration does not transfer ownership of files stored in Google Drive.
Availability
Operation of the integration depends in part on third-party infrastructure, including Google Drive and the LAKO hosting environment.
Access may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, API availability, authentication expiry, quota limitations, or other technical conditions.
Revocation
Google authorization may be revoked through the authorized Google account.
Revoking authorization prevents further authenticated Drive operations until access is granted again.
Security and misuse
The integration must not be used to store or process data unlawfully or without appropriate authorization.
Attempts to circumvent access controls, expose private project files publicly, or misuse OAuth credentials are prohibited.
Relationship to LAKO commercial terms
These terms apply only to the Google Drive integration.
They do not replace, approve, or modify the customer-facing sales, service, quotation, payment, warranty, privacy, or other commercial terms of LAKO.LV.
