LAKO Drive Integration Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
LAKO Drive Integration is an internal administrative integration used by LAKO.LV to store and manage project documents in a Google Drive location explicitly authorized by the Google account holder.
Google data accessed
The application requests only the Google Drive drive.file permission.
The integration may access Google Drive files and folders that are explicitly made available to the application or that the application creates.
The integration does not request access to Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or unrelated Google Drive content.
How Google data is used
Authorized Google Drive access is used only to:
- create and reuse LAKO project folders;
- upload project documents;
- retrieve authorized files when required for LAKO operations;
- obtain file and folder metadata;
- verify file size and integrity;
- maintain references between LAKO application records and archived Google Drive files;
- reconcile and recover the LAKO project archive.
Storage and security
Customer and project documents archived through this integration remain in the authorized Google Drive location.
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored as protected server-side secrets and are not exposed to website visitors or client-side JavaScript.
LAKO application state may store identifiers, archive status, file size, and integrity information required to associate LAKO records with Google Drive files.
Google Drive files are kept private by default and are not made publicly accessible by this integration.
Sharing and advertising
Google user data obtained through this integration is not sold.
It is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated marketing.
Google user data is processed only as required to operate and secure the LAKO Drive Integration and through infrastructure providers necessary to provide those functions.
Access and revocation
The authorized Google account holder may revoke the application's Google access through their Google account permissions.
Revocation prevents new authenticated Drive operations until authorization is restored.
Data already stored in Google Drive remains under the control of the authorized Google account holder and is subject to the applicable LAKO business retention process.
Google API Services User Data Policy
LAKO Drive Integration's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
